Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the ai-social-media tool ("the Tool"), operated by an individual operator ("the Operator").

1. Nature of the Tool

The Tool is a personal, single-operator utility used by the Operator to publish content to social media accounts that the Operator personally owns or is directly authorized to manage. The Tool is not offered as a service to third parties, has no end users other than the Operator, and is not commercially distributed.

2. Eligibility

The Tool is used solely by the Operator. No other person is granted a right to use, access, or operate the Tool.

3. Acceptable Use

The Operator agrees to use the Tool only in compliance with:

• The Terms of Service of every connected platform, including (but not limited to) TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• All applicable laws of the Operator's jurisdiction.
• The intellectual property and content rights of any third parties whose material may appear in published posts.

The Operator agrees not to use the Tool to publish unlawful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or platform-prohibited content.

4. Account Authorization

The Tool only operates on social media accounts that the Operator has explicitly authorized via each platform's official OAuth flow. The Operator is responsible for revoking that authorization at any time via the relevant platform's settings if they wish to disconnect an account.

5. No Warranty

The Tool is provided strictly "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator accepts all responsibility for content published through the Tool and for the operational outcomes of any post.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and any contributor to the Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Tool — including loss of access to a connected platform, loss of content, or platform-imposed sanctions resulting from the Operator's own use.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version published here is the authoritative version, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
